Brae House Therapies is owned by
Jacqueline Paul, who carries out all treatments offered.
Having been a fully qualified therapist for 14 years, I have now decided to set up Brae House Therapies. After completing my studies at North Highland College in 2005 and working in a salon in my hometown, I moved abroad to Greece and Turkey where I spent several months as a Spa Therapist with Neilson.
On returning to the UK I moved to Dornoch where I worked at the Carnegie Club Spa, within the luxurious Skibo Castle estate, for 8 years. It was there that I trained in many therapy treatments including Hot Stone massage, Thai massage, Reflexology, Microdermabrasion
and Reiki
as well as working with many product ranges including [comfort zone]

After leaving Skibo I was the Spa Supervisor at Aspen Spa for over 3 years, diving straight back into Beauty treatments- waxing, lashes, nails - treatments which I had missed doing during my time at Skibo. I have been studying Sports & Remedial massage for just over a year now and will be fully qualified come December 2019.
In setting up my own business - Brae House Therapies
- my aim is to offer luxurious treatments in peaceful surroundings where my clients can step away from the 'busy' and escape from life's stresses and demands - in an environment of relaxation to recharge all: SKIN, BODY, MIND, SOUL.
Important information
◽Patch testing ▫️Patch tests are required for tinting and lash lift treatments 48hours in advance of arranged treatment.
◽Arrival time ▫️Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a consultation - and relax.
◽Cancellation Policy ▫️Min. of 24hrs notice required to cancel/postpone appointments, or a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
◽Late arrivals ▫️Appointments may not be honoured/treatment time reduced in event of arriving late for appointment.
◽Mobile phones ▫️It is advised mobile phones are put on silent so the tranquil environment is not disturbed.
◽Age restriction ▫️Any clients under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian to attend the treatment with them.
◽Contact lenses ▫️Please take fluid and tray, if booked in for lash lift, tinting or facials; lenses must be removed prior to treatment.
◽Manicure/ Pedicure ▫️Please allow for drying time after treatment and take open toe shoes if booked in for pedicure.
(N/A if gel/shellac applied) If wearing gel/Shellac please let me know when booking.
◽Treatment times ▫️The treatment times stated are the full treatment time. Consultation and relaxation time will be added.
◽ Waxing ▫️Pre and post waxing advice given by me should be followed to ensure most effective treatment.
◽ Facials ▫️Botox/ fillers - please wait 1 week before having a facial treatment to allow product to settle.
◽ Card Payments ▫️ Debit & credit cards accepted
◽ Parking ▫️ There is parking available for clients at Brae House Therapies.
